Office Cleanliness Coordinator

Job Description

Ginosi Apartels is looking for an Office Cleanliness Facilitator to conduct daily cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, furniture cleaning and post-construction cleaning. 

Responsibilities

  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Kitchen cleaning
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Trash removal
  • Wash, Iron and change towels within the restroom
  • Gym cleaning
  • Window, door, wall sink and cabinet cleaning
  • Janitorial closets must be kept clean and organized
  • Clean desks where applicable
  • Clean tables in conference room
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently.
