What our guests are saying
Comfy, quite, conveniently located.
Annette, the on site manage, was very pleasant and helpful.
Ray Suites is in a great SW DC location. Convenient to Metro and the wharf. The apartment is nice and clean and there is a grocery store nearby. The key fob and apartment keyless entry is very convenient.
Nice size space
We liked the big and clean rooms and the pool.
It was very close to everything we wanted to see. Loved the pool
The location was great, couldn't ask for better! The grocery store (Safeway) was less than 2 blocks away and the Metro was literally across the street!
Nice big apartment on a nice location !
The apartment was very spacious. It had enough furnishing to make the space comfortable and feel like home. Everything was provided - dishes, towels, toiletries, which made life very easy
We enjoyed feeling at home. We had been travelling across America for 2 weeks and Washington was our last stop. It was nice to be able to use a kitchen instead of just a mini fridge. The apartment was also in a good location to the National Mall, where we wanted to visit during our stay.
Apartment was so close to the train station and groceries. Clean and organize.
Great location, big nice room, awesome pool and the nicest front desk workers. Would definitely stay here again. Great price, too!
The apartment was great. It had the things you needed and was in short walking distance of the metro and the supermarket.
It is a very nice apartment. Easy to reach from the airport and to move around. Facilities are very good. There is a supermarket very close.
I had a great time in this apartment. It was so comfortable and felt modern, and very clean. The kitchen is beautiful and was appointed with all the amenities that we could possibly need. The woman at the front desk each evening was so pleasant and answered all the questions we had. One thing that surprised us was the television's capability of Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming media, but there was no cable which would have been nice to at least watch the news. The tempered glass table that served as a dining area is sleek looking and matched the rest of the space. The couch looked nice, but it would have been more comfortable if it was a little softer. Be wary of some of your neighbors, one we had was pretty loud when we were sitting in the living room, we could hear his conversation. Having the key fob made it very easy to get in and out, and the location was perfect - close to Waterfront Metro, and only took 2 stops to get to the Smithsonian. Also close by was a Safeway that had everything you could possibly need, as well as a CVS. It also sits across from the Arena Stage, and next to that is the Waterfront, both just steps away. You really have the perfect location to anything you desire - waterfront (although there is no waterfront view), the arts, or experiencing all of what DC has to offer (a short subway ride or mile walk away). No parking is available, as the parking lot in front of the building is meant for tenants. We were lucky enough to score a spot only a street over, where the CVS was, and we paid through our mobile phone, saving us some money. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Due to it's location, the availability of amenities, and the feeling of solitude (for the most part) due to the fact that it was an apartment and not a hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was fine. Nothing spectacular but nice and comfortable for a two day trip. The best thing was the proximity to food and transportation. The staff was top notch and very helpful. I am traveling back to DC in June and will definitely consider staying here again. Nice find.
The concierge was awesome. Very welcoming and fun. Apartment was nice.
