Lowest Price Guarantee
We demand from all properties listed on ginosi.com that the lowest available prices are offered to travelers who book through our website. We continuously negotiate better deals and verify the Lowest Price Guarantee by comparing prices listed on ginosi.com and our competitor sites. In the unlikely event that you come across the same room or property bookable on-line elsewhere for a lower price for the same period, we will do a full price match and issue a discount voucher for your next booking on ginosi.com.
Our Service is Free of Charge
We do not charge additional fees for our service meaning that no fee is added to the room rates posted on ginosi.com. We provide a sales platform for accommodations listed on ginosi.com and the accommodations, not the booker, pay for the use of our platform. Our on-line booking service is completely free for the booker.
Cancellation Policy for Apartments/Houses
While each rate may have a different cancellation policy, which is shown in the property detail page, most apartments/houses have a non-refundable component. In most cases 30% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for Hotels
As for hotels, each rate can have its specific cancellation policy shown on the property details page, the booking page and the booking confirmation email that you get after you make a reservation. Most hotels room rates, however, have a fully refundable, flexible cancellation policy if cancelled within a certain period. For specific details, please read the cancellation policy of the room rate that you book.
Cancellation after Arrival
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours after your arrival. In case you arrive and you don’t like the accommodation, you can cancel your reservation and book another property within 24 hours of your check-in time, in which case, you will be responsible for only the non-refundable portion or cancellation fee (usually about 30% of the total booking price for apartments/houses and 1st night’s charge for hotels). If you cancel your stay at an apartment/house later than 24 hours after your check-in time, you will forfeit the entire booking amount.
When you book an accommodation on ginosi.com, you will need to pay the full amount of your booking after the booking has been confirmed and verified. You will have a chance to cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of your arrival in case you are not satisfied with your accommodation. If you cancel, we will refund to you the refundable portion of your booking depending on its specific cancellation policy.
Please note that Ginosi is an international company with its
financial headquarters in Armenia. All credit card charges are made in
Armenian Drams. The charges will appear on your statement in your home
We respect the privacy of our customers. Personal information that we gather from you during booking (name, address, credit card number, email, phone number, etc.) will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.
Credit Card Safety
We require a valid credit card in order to issue a confirmation of your booking. In order to safeguard your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the industry standard SSL encryption technology with VeriSign. If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account, you may still make a reservation and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to secure a payment through bank transfer, check or paid in cash at one of our offices in order to be able to issue your final booking confirmation.
Preventing Credit Card Fraud
We maintain a zero tolerance policy towards credit card fraud. Any suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity is reported to the appropriate authorities immediately. Following your booking, we may contact you to ask for additional verification information, therefore please make sure to answer our calls or emails in a timely fashion. Failure to comply with our verification procedures may result in cancellation of your booking and/or refusal of accommodation.
After you have made the reservation
After you have completed your booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us, which confirms that you have successfully completed your booking. In this email you will find information on your destination, including the address of the accommodation you have booked and the contacts details of your local ginosi.com reservations agent to get in touch with 24 hours a day in case you have some questions or problems with the accommodation you have booked. Prior to your arrival you may also get a welcome email with relevant information about your trip.
Final Verification Email
After we receive your reservation, we immediately forward your booking details to your accommodation provider. Our team follows up with the accommodation owner/management for an extra verification of pricing and availability. Once we have contacted the accommodation owner/management, a final verification email is sent to you anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours from the moment of booking.
Why do we do this additional verification step for you?
Though the accommodation provider has access to our live system and is responsible to ensure up to date pricing and availability information, Ginosi.com cannot neglect the fact that online booking is a new working system in Armenia, NKR and Georgia. Hence, for your protection we have implemented a second layer of verification to ensure you get the product you booked and that there are no surprises after you arrive. What happens if I show up and my accommodation is overbooked?
We work with a large network of accommodations and on rare occasions it may happen that when you arrive, you may learn that the accommodation that you have booked on ginosi.com is overbooked. If this is the case, you should contact your local reservations agent immediately. While an issue like this may seem scary, usually your reservation agent can find you a replacement accommodation.
