This apartment is located next to Tumanyan House Museum. The central location of the apartment enables the visitors to enjoy Yerevan walking and by day or by night. 

Some of the most popular cafes and clubs are located in the neighborhood of the apartment: Jazzve, The Club, Tha Malkhaz Jazz cafe and 7 Karaoka Club. These are all nice and interesting venues, where you can enjoy your evenings in a nice atmosphere.

SAS supermarket, one of the best ones in the city, is just steps away from the apartment. The supermarket offers many different products to all tastes. 

Yerevan most popular hangouts, including the Cascade, the  Opera House, and the North Avenue are just minutes away from the apartment. The Republic Square is about 15 minute of walk from the apartment. 

The neighborhood of the apartment is lively and is always teaming with students, as nearby there is Yerevan State Linguistic Unviersity after V. Brusov. 

Many different services are offered in this neighborhood. In case you want to visit some POI out of downtown you have to walk some 5 minutes to get to the bus stops. There are 2 bus stops nearby the apartment: one is across from the Opera House. You should walk up Mosovyan Street to get ot that bus stop; the other is on Mashtots Avenue, you should walk down Tumanyan Street to get there. Yerevan has a developed public transportation system and there are buses to all the parts of the city.
