Water World

The wildly exciting Yerevan Water World amusement park is located in a green area between the Zoo and the Botanical Gardens. It’s a prime destination for residents, who want to have a wet and wild time during those hot summer months.

The water park is mostly open to the open sky, but a recent addition has added an indoor section. The outdoor park is open during the summer months, but the indoor area is open all year round and is the perfect way to get the chill out of your bones. The indoor areas feature a restaurant, jacuzzis, saunas, a hotel, hammams and even a fitness room.  

The outdoor park is where the wild fun takes place. There are several water slides that zip you from dizzying heights into cool clean water. The centerpiece of the park is a large pool with a wave generator that really gets things rocking. Throughout the park there are additional areas to explore and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.  Be sure to take some time out and visit the jacuzzi where drink are served while you relax.

Yerevan Water World is great fun on those sweltering summer days and has something for the whole family, but it’s also a great place to visit during the winter months when you want to chase the chill out of your bones.  Be sure to call in advance to check the operating hours.
