4		Excellent location with a cafe and supermarket for fresh bread in the mornings close by. Very light and double glazing kept out noise from the road. Back of building there is a lovely courtyard that children play in. Very cool. Good quality apartment.
4		As said elsewhere kitchen set up only for very basic cooking. Wi fi was not working when we were there. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable - but we were so busy in Yerevan we didn't spend too much time on it anyway!

The courtyard is really nice with street art and a playground for children. The internet connection, although at times intermittent is good. The location is excellent and the Ginosi staff very helpful.

4		The location of this apartment is great. Abovyan ave. is one of the best places in town. Too many restaurant and cafes and stores around. The size of the apartment was also great and very comfortable. There was very clean towels and bed sheets there was washing machine Iron hanger vacuum cleaner refrigerator and etc.
4		It could be more equipped. The kitchen stuffs could be more. Actually for those who want to cook by their own in the apartment they will face real trouble, there was no enough pans for cooking or tea pot for making tee or coffee.

5		l’accueil et l'aide très chaleureuse de notre accueillant de Ginosi. Un appartement calme, grand (+ de 60m) bien equipé et central
5		arrière court avec entrée un peu triste et mal entretenu (un grand classique des anciens pays de l'est).....mais c'est un peu mineur. Le téléphone donné par booking.com n'est pas le bon !! et c'est très génant !!!
