Founder
Before founding Ginosi, Martha graduated from Harvard University with majors in Technology and Operations Management. She is specialized in innovation management, new product development and operations strategy. At Harvard, she was an active member of the debate team which honed her already competitive spirit. She speaks English, Russian, Armenian and French. In her spare time Martha enjoys Yoga, reading about psychology and economics.

Property Manager
Andrea has graduated from Marche Polytechnic University with a masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. Besides his work at Ginosi, he also works as an educator in Ancona, Italy and teaches Maths to students of 14-20 years old. He speaks English, Russian, Italian and French. When he has free time, Andrea enjoys skydiving, photography and nightlife. His color is green.

Vazgen
Operations Manager
Vazgen joined Ginosi in July 2011. Before that he had graduated from Yerevan State University, the faculty of Mathematics. During his university years Vazgen has also studied French, web programming and played the violin. Afterwards, he joined the famous NGO PinkArmenia, where he taught youth about sexually transmitted diseases. Vazgen is proud to be a Ginosik and loves his job. At his spare time, he enjoys swimming, listens to classical and pop music and attends to clubs. His color is azure.

Astghik loves fashion, photography, nature and butterflies. When offline, she enjoys traveling, reading, the culinary arts and masochistically long walks. Her color is purple.

Before joining Ginosi, Nare worked as a tour guide for a family tourism agency in Yerevan and taught Italian at a language learning center. She has graduated from Yerevan State University and has a background in linguistics and cross-cultural communication. She speaks English, Italian, Russian and Armenian. When not engaged in gainful employment of sleep, Nare enjoys urban exploration, cooking, fashion and grunge music. Her color is orange.

Property Manager
Misak joined Ginosi in September 2012. Prior to it he graduated from Yerevan State Pedagogical University, where he studied photography. In 2004 Misak moved to Amsterdam where he took professional barman lessons and later on worked as a bartender at a famous Amsterdam club. Besides that he worked at numerous hotels, hence his property management skills. Misak speaks English, Russian, Armenian and Dutch. When he has free time, Misak enjoys the culinary arts, pop music and clubbing. Additionally, Misak is a great fashion lover and has a keen sense of style. His color is black.

Property manager
Before joining Ginosi, Michael attended the University of Southern California where he studied Business and Communications. Shortly after he entered the hospitality business where he owned and operated nightclubs and restaurants in Hollywood California. Having a passion for hospitality, Michael joined Ginosi in January of 2013. Michael speaks English and un poco Español. Michael was born and raised in Los Angeles California and that is where his heart lies. Having an extreme love for his city Michael plans on never leaving! In his free time he enjoys listening to music, hiking, watching movies, playing video games, watching and playing basketball and American football, and he especially enjoys hanging out with his puppies. His color is purple.
